About UsGreetings from Joe and Kun Cha Schwartz. We would like to share with you the Scripture ministry, which we have been involved with for several years. For over twenty years, Kun Cha has been painting Oriental Sumi-e paintings. Recently, she has been asking the Lord how she could use her artistic gifts to glorify Him. Inspired by Scriptures displayed in a friend's home, she began to print and illustrate the Word of God. Her ideas blossomed into a full time ministry. How are the Scriptures chosen? When a particular Scripture speaks to Kun Cha, she writes it out in her own style of calligraphy and draws a complementary illustration. When the illustration and the Scripture express that which is in her heart, we have the work commercially printed. Each print is then water-colored by hand. Finally, the prints are mounted on mats of the customer's choice. We believe there is a three-fold purpose for expanding this ministry. First, we desire to serve the Lord by providing Scripture to be displayed in people's homes. Our hope is that these illustrated Scriptures will encourage those who view them to walk closer with the Lord. Second, we use all the profits, after taxes, to support ministries, which spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Finally, we receive great pleasure in serving the Lord in this way. |
